Dr. Jeffery Grant graduated from Harvard University, Cum Laude, in 1967 and then received his medical degree from the University of Colorado Medical School in 1971. He did his medical internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and his Dermatology residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Services Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Dr. Grant is board certified in Dermatology. He is a Diplomat for the National Board of Medical Examiners. Along with his Dermatology board certification, he is also certified for Special Competence in Dermatohistopathology.His memberships and affiliations include:

Dr. Lynn Juracek attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln and received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1986. He did his Surgical residency at the Alton Oschner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana and his Dermatology residency at Oklahoma University Health Services Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Dr. Juracek is board certified in both Dermatology and Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is also on the president's committee of the American Academy of Dermatology's Task Force on Skin Care in Developing Countries.

Dr. James F. Pehoushek M.D., M.P.H. is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD., completed his internship at the Eisenhower Army Medical Center at Fort Gordon, GA., and did his specialty training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Bethesda National Naval Medical Center. Dr. Pehoushek is a California native. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Occidental Collage and his Masters Degree in Public Health (M.P.H.) from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Pehoushek served as a physician in the U.S. Army for 11 years before joining Allergy & Dermatology Specialists. During his military career, he was stationed at Fort Huachuca, AZ where he was the Chief of Aviation Medicine. Following his residency, he was assigned to Fort Sill, OK where he was the Chief of Dermatology and served as the Chief of Specialty Care. He left the military in 2004 as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Dr. Pehoushek is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also a member of the Maricopa County Medical Society, the Phoenix Dermatology Society and the Arizona Medical Association. He is on staff at Arrowhead Community Hospital. Dr. Pehoushek has published numerous articles in the dermatologic literature and has done countless presentations and television and newspaper interviews related to his expertise in dermatology. His medical interests include medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Pehoushek has had additional specialty training in cosmetic and laser procedures.

Dr. Gary Waddington graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1968 and then received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine in 1972. He performed his medical internship and Dermatology residency at Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco, California and did additional training in Dermatopathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, D.C.. Dr. Waddington left the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after 8 years of active duty service. During his service, Dr. Waddington was both Chief of the Department of Medicine and of Allergy and Dermatology at the U.S. Army Hospital in Nuremberg, Germany.
Dr. Waddington is board certified in Dermatology and has been voted Top Dermatologist several times by Phoenix Magazine. He is also a diplomat for the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2005, Nicole Madera PA-C has specialized in dermatology and cosmetic enhancements. She began her studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. She also received her Bachelors of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, earning Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She is trained in numerous laser procedures, fillers such as Restylane and Perlane, Botox injections, facial peels, general and surgical dermatology and allergies. PA Madera started her career in a bustling private dermatology practice in the heart of South Miami, FL. She enjoys the Arizona sunshine by running marathons and hiking the mountains. Living in Arizona allows her to continue with her special interest of rejuvenating sun-damaged skin.
